The fee for consultation varies depending on the type of matter.

The consultation includes a comprehensive discussion and review of the client’s presenting problem, issue or pending case, review of any relevant pleadings or documents, and identification of the client’s goals and expectations.  At the consultation, the attorney will provide relevant legal information and will endeavor to provide an initial assessment of the client’s rights and options, including the anticipated cost of pursuing various courses of action.
